How to order-Units
Advancement forms are required for purchasing of items related to rank and merit badges. Please complete* and submit the appropriate advancement form from the links below. Once Jotform has been submitted please contact Sundae at the Scout Shop to confirm receipt. Contact info is listed at top of this document.

*In order for an Advancement Report to be completed it must say “Sync with BSA National Database” this is usually found at the bottom of the advancement report. If the report does not contain “Sync with National” the order cannot be fulfilled.*
Receiving of Items
- Please allow 72 hours for processing of all advancement orders.
- Please make sure to mark if you are planning to pick up the order or if you are wanting the order shipped. If shipping, please include where to ship on the on the form.
Payment of Items
- Payment can be made over the phone.
- If they need mailed they need to put on the email how they want to pay and where to send the item our if they want to pick up.
How to order-Parents
Scout advancement records are required for replacement items that may have been lost. A parent can’t just walk in and get a rank item. He/she will need to show record of his/her scout’s achievement-whether through a copy of their Scout Book record or through the Unit’s advancement paperwork and/or applications.
- Parents can place an order using the appropriate Jotform if they’d like, however they are encouraged to place their orders through email by sending to sundae.wark@scouting.com
- If a parent calls in their order, they will be asked to also email their order to Sundae so there is an easy record of their request.
- Please have parents include whether or not they would like to pick items up or if they would like items shipped and the form of payment they intend to use.
- Payment can be made over the phone.
Restricted Items
- Some items are only available if the appropriate applications or forms have been completed first. These are available for viewing below.
- Religious Emblems/Awards are only ordered once they are approved with the certificate process described in the back of each specific religion book. For specific questions on earning and awarding the Religious Emblem, please contact our District Religious Coordinator, Chris Cutler, at

Back-Ordered Items*
- Some items are on back-order from the National shop. As of February 9th, 2021 this includes:
All “Protect Yourself” awards and all shooting sports pins. There is no current restock date as of now. Please contact the Scout Shop for more information.
*If you order an item that is back ordered, the Scout Shop will leave that area blank on your form and/or NOT highlight those items. It is the unit’s responsibility to follow up with/track the restocking and reordering of the back-ordered items as the Scout Shop currently has no way to store, track, and contact units when items are back in and ready to order/purchase.
Mobile Scout Shop
- Would you like the Scout Shop to come to your next pack meeting or your recruitment event? The Scout Shop will come to your event and set up a table with uniforms and other items from the scout shop.
- To set up a time, please contact the Scout Shop at a minimum of 1 month’s notice before the event.
